Overview
This guide covers how to use the LicenseSpring portal to manage your Trigno Discover license. LicenseSpring is a cloud-based licensing system that enables management of software licenses and registered devices online.
The LicenseSpring portal provides three main areas of control:
User Management: Add, remove, or reset licensed users.
Device Management: Track activated PCs and reset them when needed.
License Oversight: Monitor activations and ensure usage remains within limits.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Installation
Trigno Discover must be installed on the computer beforehand to manage the license.
Download the Trigno Discover Installer.
Follow the setup wizard to complete the installation.
Step 2: Sign Up/ Create an Account
Once Trigno Discover is installed, a trial account can be created and a license activated.
Open Trigno Discover.
Select Sign Up and enter the email address of the person you want to be the license manager.
Check your inbox for an automated email from LicenseSpring with your login credentials.
Important
Please check your spam folder
Information
These credentials should be used to sign in to the LicenseSpring portal.
Step 3: Activating your Account
Important
Account activation only needs to be performed once by the License Manager.
Go to the Trigno Discover Activation Form.
Enter your activation code. The Delsys support team will then convert your license from a trial to a perpetual license within a week.
Information
Your license remains a trial until you complete the activation form. Submitting a valid activation code upgrades it to a perpetual license.
All trial licenses are only valid for 30 days.
Email addresses can only be used once to sign up for a trial license.
Step 4: Accessing the LicenseSpring Portal
Navigate to the LicenseSpring User Portal
Enter the details provided in the LicenseSpring email received in step 2.
Important
The company code for all LicenseSpring accounts created is “Delsys”.
Step 5: LicenseSpring
When first logging in to LicenseSpring, multiple tabs are displayed, providing access to license management options.
5.1 Roles and Access
Each account falls into one of two categories:
License Manager — typically the person who activated the license. They can add or remove users, manage device activations, and reset accounts.
Licensed User — can log in with their email once assigned to the license by a License Manager. Their access is limited to signing in and changing their own password.
Information
Additional License Managers can only be created by Delsys.
5.2 The License Tab
The License tab provides an overview of your license details:
Maximum number of activations: the number of activations available under your license.
Times activated: how many devices are currently activated.
5.3 The License Users Tab
This menu allows license managers to manage users. The following actions are available:
Add users individually or assign multiple at once.
Remove users from the license.
Reset user activations or adjust their maximum activation limits.
Licensed users, by contrast, can only update their own password.
Information
Default allocation: Each license includes five activations and five users. If you would like to purchase more activations, please contact sales@delsys.com.
5.4 The Devices Tab
The Devices tab lists all PCs activated with Trigno Discover. Expanding a device entry reveals its hardware ID, which helps identify which computer has Trigno Discover active.
If you need to confirm the hardware ID from inside Trigno Discover:
Open the software.
Select the Settings Icon
Choose User License.
From here, you’ll see the hardware ID that matches the one shown in the LicenseSpring portal.
If you need to remove a device, go to the Actions tab in LicenseSpring and select Reset. This changes the device status from “active” to “inactive” and frees up an activation.
Information
You can log a user out of Trigno Discover by deactivating the device in LicenseSpring.
